We often hear people say they want to quit BAD HABITS: well, in order to have a CHANGE OF HABITS~ you must first have a CHANGE OF HEART, and a CHANGE OF MIND. Set your heart on SAYING AND DOING THE RIGHT THINGS, and set you mind on THINKING THE RIGHT THINGS, and ask God to help you to Do what you can’t do ON YOUR OWN: God will strengthen your spirit, your will, and mind to perform those things that produce a HEALTHY, HAPPY, AND WHOLE LIFE, and one that is pleasing UNTO HIM, as well as unto yourself.
